Postage and delivery

All items despatched within the United Kingdom are sent fully insured through Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. Items must be signed for on receipt.

We offer the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service for orders under £40 (this service does not insure items of greater value). A signature is required on delivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver items sent in this way within 1-2 working days, but please note that items may take as long as 15 days to arrive. We are unable to replace items, or claim for loss of items until 15 days have passed. If your order is time sensitive we recommend you select the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery option, as this is the only way to guarantee delivery on the next business working day.

Special Delivery is by far the most reliable postage option as it is fully insured and trackable. Orders dispatched will be received in the UK by 1pm on the following business working day. A signature is required on delivery.
